Montevideo is the capital and where there are more people.But many other beautiful cities and job opportunities, such as Maldonado who has the most beautiful beaches in uruguay and many places to nice stay.I live in the city of Minas (Lavalleja) and a very quiet and beautiful, I recommend it.

It's not really close to orlando but I've lived in florida for 14 years and I love siesta key's beach in sarasota florida. It maybe a drive but it's DEFINATELY worth it.
